EquiTrust ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the EquiTrust mobile application and website (equitrust.app).

• •Horse data: Profiles, training logs, photos, and videos you add to the app.

• •Payment information: Processed securely via Apple's payment system. We do not store card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Data

Within the app, data you add to a shared horse profile (e.g., training logs, photos) is visible to all team members you have invited to that horse's team.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings, which will permanently delete all your personal data within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer if required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.
